"It was important to win after our defeat"
Vicente Moreno insists that the team must continue to work hard
RCD Espanyol coach Vicente Moreno was very satisfied with the blue and whites' victory against CD Mirandés. "I am happy with the victory, because after losing on Sunday to Rayo Vallecano it was important to win," said Vicente. “It is clear that there are always things that can be improved, but I am happy because we have won again and it's not easy. Mirandés had won their last two away games and it was not easy," he said. Vicente noted that "the score could have been a little higher, but you have to be calm and keep working."
Vicente gave "a lot of importance" to the strategic plays. "We are happy because it's good and the team's work is showing," he concluded.
