Pablo Ramón joins RCD Espanyol
The Mallorcan defender signs until 2028 as a player for the present and future
Pablo Ramón has signed for RCD Espanyol on a free transfer, joining the club from the Real Madrid academy in a deal through to 2028.
The Mallorcan moved to Real Madrid Castilla in the 2019/20 season, and spent last season on loan at CD Mirandés, where he enjoyed an excellent campaign. RCD Espanyol, who had been following his development for some time, had to wait until this winter transfer window to sign him, following his recovery from an injury that forced him to undergo surgery at the end of last April.
Ramón passed his medical in Friday morning and is scheduled to join the first team training sessions at the Ciudad Deportiva Dani Jarque this Saturday.
His incorporation is a commitment to the future for RCD Espanyol, and of particular note was the player's eagerness to form part of the project.
