Moreno: "These two years have been worth it"
The outgoing RCD Espanyol coach gives departure press conference
Vicente Moreno's tenure as Espanyol coach came to an end this Friday, and in his farewell press conference he sent out a message to the media and the fans.
The coach thanked the club for his time in charge, and acknowledged the personal satisfaction he obtained from having been able to meet the objectives that had been set in these last two seasons.
Accompanied by his two assistants, Dani Pendín and Dani Pastor, and the CEO of Espanyol, Mao Ye, Moreno highlighted that he has had the opportunity to work "at a club that is spectacular club, which has enormous potential and an amazing capacity for growth."
The Valencian coach stated that he "had arrived in a traumatic situation and the scenario that presented itself, after the club's relegation was going to be complicated, but I think these two years, in which we have met the objectives set, have been worth it."
