Král: "We have to stay positive"
The RCD Espanyol player speaks with the media
Alex Král spoke to the media on Thursday in the run-up to RCD Espanyol's game against CA Osasuna, and addressed the recent dip in results.
“We have to keep going. We have to stay positive and concentrate on every training session. We are going to prepare ourselves day-by-day for the match at the weekend,” he explained.
"The support from the fans is crazy; even in the most difficult moments we have their support. That is why we have to be focused. We have to take it even more seriously because now is the time to pick up points. The most important thing is that we defend well and don't concede goals. That is what we did against Celta Vigo. With that hard work, as a team, we were able to develop offensively. That is how we will win games," he continued.
"People from the club are helping me. I feel that support and I think that it helps me on the pitch. The last few weeks have been very hard because we haven't got many points and I'm disappointed about that, but I try to be positive, take everything seriously and leave everything out there on the pitch. That's the mentality. If we all keep that idea in mind, we will move up the table.”
On the opponents, he said that “Osasuna are doing very well, so we will have to concentrate on winning every ball, like we did against Celta. That was a good game, but the best thing is that we played as a team. We defended well and that's the key.”
