Jofre extends through to 2029

The player agrees a new contract with RCD Espanyol

RCD Espanyol and Jofre Carreras have reached an agreement on a contract extension for the player, through to June 30th, 2029.

The deal keeps Jofre at his boyhood club, where this season he has been one of the team's most outstanding players.

Jofre has participated in 12 games this campaign, scoring two goals, as well as participating in several of the other goals scored by the team. The Girona native made his debut on December 31st, 2021 in LaLiga, although it was last year that he got his definitive promotion to the first team.

The No.17 is one of the stars to have come out of the La21 youth system, and has been open about his love for the club.
