Javi Chica takes over RCD Espanyol B

RCD Espanyol has reached an agreement with Francisco Javier Chica to take charge of the B team until the end of the season.

Chica, who was in charge of the Juvenil A (under-19s) team that he led to the Copa del Rey Juvenil final, will take charge of Espanyol B starting this Wednesday.

Chica entered the academy setup as a coach in the 2019/20 season, while in his playing career, made 136 appearances for the men's first team in LALIGA, the Copa del Rey and the UEFA Cup (now UEFA Europa League).
