Quique Sánchez Flores knows that this Sunday Espanyol is playing against a grea team. “All the teams think about the matches and we know that all the matches are different. We must think in the match we have tried to build during the week. We have to try to be anuncomfortable team, to pressure and if we do that, we will have our options. I am sure that we will compete as we train and we train very well”, he said. The manager said that “I see the players very well. We have to be strong and build from the smaller detail. We have only lost one match since we started and we have to try to stay in this line”.
Quique said that “we have started a bit slowly but it is not worrying. The team is improving and we have to arrive to where the club deserves”.
“Real Madrid is capable to play in many different ways and it is one of their virtues. It is a team that can play well with the ball but they can be fast in the counter attack. They have been able to find stability, balance and that is the clue of their exit”, he said. The manager said that “despite they can have some players out because they are injured, their second line is a strong as the first one. They are powerful, young and talented players and they can decide a match”.
To finish, he said that “players who continued from the previous project want to forget. The new players do not have that kind of conscious. The new group wants to be positive and is ready for that”.
