Arbilla, transferred to Eibar

The Navarre player starts a new professional adventure after two seasons at Espanyol

RCD Espanyol and SD Eibar have reached an agreement for the transfer of the right side defender Anaitz Arbilla. The value of the transaction could reach a million euros -Espanyol will receive 700,000 euros of fixed amount- depending on a number of variables related to sports performance of the Basque team for the next two seasons.

Arbilla arrived at Espanyol in the season 2014-2015 and after a somewhat uneven start, ended up being one of the players most used by the Espanyol coach Sergio González. However, his second season at the club was not as successful because of a tendinitis he suffered in the Achilles tendon in his left leg that forced him to undergo surgery.

Espanyol wants to thank him for his effort and professionalism in these seasons and wish him the best of luck in this new sports and personal stage.
