Álvaro has been intervened today at the Sant Honorat Barcelona Clinic where he has been practiced a rhinoseptoplasty to correct the nasal fracture he suffered in the first game of the season against Getafe.
The doctors Sicilia and Quesada have guided this intervention that also featured Miguel Angel Garcia, first team doctor. It is expected that the player leaves this afternoon the medical center, but he will need to keep rest at home for a fortnight, in which he will pass two medical controls to assess their recovery. Alvaro must wear a bandage during the first week and then he will have to follow some guidelines conservative recovery.
