“We want to win at home”
Leo Baptistao points out the good work of the team and the positive sensations
The squad wants to give the supporters the first victory of the year. After ten matches the team hasn’t been able to win at home, but the striker Leo Baptistao hopes to change this dynamic. “We want to win at home to give ourselves a joy. We are doing a great work, we are exerting ourselves but the results haven’t arrived. The feelings are good, the group is confident and we are calm”, he said.
“We don’t feel pressure but we do want to win at home. Supporters are with us and that we can complete a great year. Against Eibar despite losing 0-3 they kept giving us their support. We are calm and we know we can do a great season”.
“It is never good to play Athletic Club because it is a very good team. Therefore this Thursday they are playing Europa League match and maybe we will arrive to the match in better conditions than them and that is something that can be good for us as we will have to play with a lot of intensity”.
About his personal performance he said that “I have still a lot to do. I can do better and I think that we have to improve individual and as a team”.
