“We must keep the same idea”
Óscar Duarte said that the team wants to win to be closer to the final goal
Óscar Duarte has become one of Espanyol most important players. The defender signed in January and after a period of adaptation he is one of the leaders of the team. Speaking about next match against Atlético de Madrid, Duarte has the ideas very clear: “We know that we have to win. We must go match by match and try to win every match we can”.
Duarte said that “we only have to think in our work. We are only thinking in winning. We don’t have to change. We have been playing with the same idea and we have to keep on it. We don’t have to change, we have to follow our path”.
Duarte said that “we know Atlético de Madrid has a lot of quality but if we win we will be closer to our aim. They are a strong team but we have to focus in our work.”
To finish he said that he feels “well, I am happy and with confidence. We have to keep improving and helping the team”.
