“We have a good opportunity to end well”

Óscar Duarte said that he is happy after four months in the club

Óscar Duarte has become one of the most important players in the team. The defender, who arrived at the end of January, said that he is happy after four months playing for RCD Espanyol. “I am happy for what has happened in these four months. It has helped me to grow despite some irregular moments but I have good feelings”.

“Personally I am not thinking in the project. What is up to us is to play and we have a match this weekend and we will try to do our best”, he said.

Duarte said that “I think we must be professional, in the end we do not need motivation at all, if we are here is because we like it. We have a nice opportunity to end well and go home thinking about how the year has gone and try to do better next season".

The player also said that “we know what we did well and what we have not done so well. Every day you learn new things and that will help us for the future. We have been working hard during the week and we will try to finish well”.
