“We feel stronger and more confident”
Álvaro González says that these days off are going to be good for the team
Espanyol is living one of the best moments of the season after winning 13 of the last 18. “We have gone through two months very difficult and intense in which there were many things to play for. I think these days will be good for us to come back with the batteries charged”, has said Álvaro González.
“The team progression is good after a month in which we didn’t find the victory we needed. It is going to be good for us because there are many things to fight for. We are in a good spell and we hope to maintain it. We feel stronger and more confident”, he said.
Álvaro said that “the team feels in a position more comfortable but we still need point to be saved. We have made a great step but no definitive. It will be very good to be saved as soon as possible. We don’t have to leave things for the last minute”.
