“The team is doing better”
Jurado said that he felt very comfortable against Athletic Club and that he works to play as much as possible
José Manuel Jurado was one of the important signings of this season. The midfielder, however, has had a difficult start as he hasn’t played many minutes yet. But in the last matches Jurado has started to have more opportunities. “I felt very comfortable on Sunday. I touched a lot the ball, I felt very comfortable and well because I was in touch with the ball and that it is what I like”, he said.
“Since I arrived I have been training the best way I know. I have tried to play my football and from them it is the manager who decides. I have kept training and tried to do my best and go home satisfied with my work”, he said. Against Athletic Jurado played in the midfield: “It is a position where you have to work a lot, but I felt comfortable. It is important to have the ball. When I touch the ball, I am happy. It is important that the team notices it”.
“I am player that wants to have the ball and I tried to offer myself to my teammates. Therefore it is the manager who decides who plays”.
About the team he said that “every day we are doing better. We must keep training and reinforce what we have to improve and carry on thinking in our next fixtures”.
