Diego Reyes said that Espanyol has talent to achieve important things
Diego Reyes has been presented as new Espanyol player. The central back, who will play on loan from Oporto, has said that he is happy after signing for Espanyol and starting a new professional stage “in the best league of the world”.
“What I want to do first is try to get in the first eleven and get used to the city. I hope that we can fight to be in the first positions. I like this team and I like to be here. We can get very fair if we want to”, he said.
“I will fight to be in the team and help my teammates. I know that the club made a great effort and I will try to return it with my effort”.
The Mexican player said that “in the squad there is talent to achieve important goals is if we work hard. In these years I have grown as a player, I have matured and I hope to continue learning in this new stage".
