"We are encouraged to afford season's end"
Javi López insists that the goal of the team is to finish in the best possible position

Captain Javi López, as stated by the rest of his teammates, clearly says that the ‘pericos’ will fight until the end to achieve the best possible position.
"We have it clear, we do not want to give up anything and we want to finish as best as we possible can. We believe, we go step by step and it would be very important to get the three points on Saturday. We have a clear objective, to be among the top ten, and from there we are in a very good situation to finish even better. We do not give up anything but we afford every match to see where the team can eventually arrive", he said.
Javi López says that there is no "fear" to talk about Europe, but insists that it must go "match by match." "We are not afraid to talk about Europe. But if we talk about Europe and we do not get it, we end up the season feeling bad. We are going to stay as high as possible. Europe is a real option, but we will go game by game with maximum ambition.and determination. Which player does not like to play a competition like that?", he said. The player has recognized that qualifying for Europe would be beneficial for the club, but has recalled that it is not the initial goal. "When you see the ambition of the team, you see how the group works, you realize that we are in the position we deserve. Javi López reminded that, as he said at the beginning of the season, he sees much excitement in the environment.
