Training for Bulgarian and Austrian coaches
The Research and Development Department of RCD Espanyol continues in the evolutionary line of the learning processes of the successful methodology of our formative football.
Within the Football Programs service, another training course for coaches has been carried out, aimed at trainers from Bulgaria and Austria. Nine coaches have been able to learn for six days thanks to the theoretical and practical sessions of the heads of the Performance Optimization Department. In this way, the attendees learned about the philosophy and organization of the club, the physical preparation, the analysis, platforms such as FootballAim or the psychological aspects for the competition.
The international trainers have also witnessed matches and trainings attended by coaches from the base to complete a great training stay. For more information about the training courses, you can contact here.
