Rubén Duarte, sold to Alavés
RCD Espanyol keeps a 30% of the economic rights of the player
Rubén Duarte has become new player of Deportivo Alavés after the transfer agreement reached between RCD Espanyol, Basque club and the player himself. The Catalan organization keeps a 30% of the economic rights of the player and the transaction has closed at a value of 0.4 million euros, being able to reach half a million euros.
Rubén Duarte arrived in the season 2009-2010 to the youth academy of RCD Espanyol. The Andalusian footballer made his debut with 17 years in Segunda División B and with only 19 he made it in LaLiga. Regular in the calls of youth Spanish national teams, he participated in a training days with Vicente del Bosque. Duarte has earned the respect of coaches, teammates and fans during his eight years as a parakeet.
