The winger sets his sights on Villarreal

Antoniu Roca is happy with RCD Espanyol's first away win, and the young talent wants to repeat the result this coming Monday in Villarreal.

“We are very happy with the 3 points we took in Vitoria against Alavés. We have a good dynamic in 2025 and we want to keep this good feeling going as much as possible. This Monday we have a new test, in Villarreal. It will be difficult but we are going to go all-out," he told the media on Wednesday.

In addition, he pointed out that the good results of the last few weeks have increased the confidence within the group.

“We are a team. That is reflected on the pitch and we are confident and motivated; both those who start games and those who are playing less."

On a personal level, he wants to continue growing and take advantage of the minutes given to him.

“It is a source of pride to be at this club. I'm very happy, but the process does not stop and we have to leave everything out there on the pitch in every game."
