Mario Hermoso sees the team capable to get over the next matches
The first team has started working this Tuesday to prepare the next matches against Real Sociedad, Tenerife and Betis. Mario Hermoso, back centre defender, said that Espanyol is ready to play with guarantees the next three matches.
“The team knows that we have to play three matches in a few days and recently we lived a very similar week in which we played very good teams and we got very good results. We have a lot of good players that want to play and try to do our best”, he said.
“Against Levante we went for the match from the beginning. We believed in what we had to do. For us each match is a final and this mentality makes us stronger. When we have lived bad situations we have been able to compete, get good results and continue believing”.
“If you leave a clean sheet you assure yourself a point. We have very good offensive players that are able to create opportunities”, he said.
