Our student Krystian Buszta's work named the coaching book of the year in Poland
The club has always focused on training not only players but also coaches. For several years, coaches from all over Europe have been able to gain knowledge about the training methodology of our club. One of such coaches is Krystian Buszta, who moved to Barcelona a few years ago to learn the secrets of training. Krystian studied a course “RCD Espanyol” in Barcelona during season 2018-2019.
We are proud to announce that the book written by Krystian “Autoorganizacja – process treningowy z perspektywy nauk o kompleksowosci” (eng. Self-organization - training process from the perspective of complex science), has been chosen the coaching book of the year in Poland. Moreover, the current strength & conditioning coach of the first Espanyol team Dani Parra, who had a part in the creation of the book, is also the author of the prologue.
The book presents the training process from the perspective of complex science and has gained great recognition in Poland. We are satisfied that the coaches associated with our club spread knowledge not only in Spain but all over the world.
