Opposition lowdown: Getafe
Getafe are the next visitors to the RCDE Stadium in a massive relegation clash
RCD Espanyol are back at the RCDE Stadium as they take on Getafe CF.
The stakes could not be higher at the Temple, with the two sides both in the relegation zone and without a win in their last five outings. Getafe go into it one spot ahead but in a place of transition, with new manager José Bordalás replacing former Espanyol man Quique Sánchez Flores at a critical point in the season.

The season so far
Getafe have spent most of the season in the bottom half and now find themselves in a relegation battle like Espanyol. In a bid to renew their LaLiga status, the Madrid club made a managerial change this week as José Bordalás will oversee his first match back in charge on Sunday.
Standout player
Enes Ünal has been in the form of his life for Getafe, even being involved in 55% of their goals this season. The Turkish striker has scored 13 goals in LaLiga though comes into this weekend’s clash without a goal in five matches, albeit leading the line in emphatic style throughout the campaign.
Last time at the RCDE Stadium
Espanyol hosted Getafe at the Temple towards the end of last season, coming away with an important 2-0 win. Former Getafe man Leandro Cabrera scored against his former side before an Erick Cabaco own goal gave the Mágico a comfortable early lead and an eventual three points.
