RCD Espanyol Femenino will chase victory this Saturday against UD Granadilla Tenerife B, in an 11:30am kickoff at the Ciudad Deportiva Dani Jarque. This weekend's opposition bested Los Pericos in the first half of the season, and the two teams are direct rivals for the playoff spots.

“We really want to get the three points. The showing we had away against them is not what we desire. This Saturday we want to give a good showing to make the draw we achieved against Eibar last weekend count for something. We want to show who we are and how eager we are to qualify for the playoffs," said coach Carol Miranda ahead of the game.

"I believe that we have a good chance of getting into the playoffs, because of how the players train and the desire they have to play. We come into this game with a good feeling after winning against Athletic Club and drawing against Eibar. We want to show what we want this Saturday."
