Looking for three more points
Rubi hopes to add a new victory at home but warns that Athletic "is a very difficult opponent" that has not lost out of its stadium
True to his way of doing, Rubi continues to look for the maximum performance of his players. It is, in some way, a revision of the famous 'match by match'. The coach remains convinced of the performance of his players, but confesses that in the talk before the game will not talk about getting the fifth consecutive victory at the RCDE Stadium but "only one, tomorrow." "I hope we get it", he clarifies, "but not so much because of the position in the classification but because of the margin of points that would give us."
He said that in front there will be a much more difficult opponent than what his classification says. "He has tied a lot, but outside his field has not won anyone. Therefore, I expect a very complicated, very competitive opponent".
He said that he wants his players to continue offering "a good line of play", applauds the support they are receiving from the supporters - "those who come are giving everything and are helping us" - and remember that in the match against the Valencia confirmed "what we had been working on. The team realized that everything we were trying could be done against any opponent".
Finally, he does not forget that "you are seeing every week what it costs to win" and that leads him to conclude that "we must give importance to the points we have. It is a good year to try to stay as long as possible. That is our intention".
