Sánchez Flores admits that "it was a very difficult game"

After the draw in Balaídos, Quique Sánchez Flores recognized the complexity of the game: "Today was a very difficult match, from start to finish. Celta are a very protagonist team, a rival with a lot of category. We are not satisfied, we recognize it, but we have values that belong to us in this game".

Asked about his players, the coach said: "We are happy with this template, we are doing things as well as possible. There is no easy, affordable rival. It is a very equal league. A detail can decide the game". He also added that "every game is a little bit to the limit, we run the risk of staying in nobody's area and mentally we have to be strong".

In addition, he had words for the two main protagonists of the game, Gerard Moreno and Diego López: "Gerard gives us a lot, for the goals and for everything, he helps us, he is a magnificent footballer who has taken an extraordinary leap, he is among the best Spanish strikers. Each weekend he earns the right to be on the list of selectable players, then it is the national coach who will choose". And about the goalkeeper: "We have two great goalkeepers, Diego needed a game like that, with decisive saves to save matches. He will help us a lot in the future".
