The Saudi academy team played a friendly against RCD Espanyol's under-18s (Juvenil-B)
This Wednesday, RCD Espanyol received a visit from a delegation from Future Falcons, a Saudi football academy based in Salou.
As part of the visit, Espanyol’s under-18s (Juvenil B) hosted Future Falcons in a friendly at the Ciutat Esportiva Dani Jarque, which the visitors won 3-2.
The Club’s CEO, Mao Ye Wu, hosted the Saudi delegation led by the general director of the SAFF, Ghassan Felemban. The meeting between representatives of both organisations was the first step in a relationship that will hopefully grow in the future.
RCD Espanyol, founder club of LALIGA and renowned for its strong academy setup, serves as a national and international benchmark.
