Dídac Vilà, the seventh signing!
RCD Espanyol and the player, trained from the academy, sign for three seasons
Dídac Vilà has become a new player of RCD Espanyol for the next three seasons, after passing the medical check-up privately at Clínica Creu Blanca and the contract signing. The left-back, who is the seventh signing of the team, arrives free and begins his third stage as a RCD Espanyol footballer, where he was trained. The player will have a 25 million clause.
Dídac Vlià arrived to the youth academy in 1999, from CE Mataró. He made his made debut with the first team of Mauricio Pochettino on 2009, in a Spanish Cup derby against FC Barcelona. The defender has also played in AC Milan, R. Betis, SD Eibar and AEK Athens. He has won one Italian League, one Greek Cup and one U21 European Championship.
Dídac Vilà will deal with the media accredited by the club next Thursday 31 at 12:30pm into the RCDE Stadium Auditorium, accompanied by the CEO, Ramon Robert, and the sporting director, Jordi Lardín. Then, he will greet the fans, who will be able to enter to the stadium through door 21 (from 12:45pm) to say welcome, once again, to the Catalan defender.
Dídac Vilà is back. Welcome, #DídacPerico!
