Bare: "I see hunger in the team, ambition and the desire to win"
The midfielder is raring to go on Matchday 4
Keidi Bare described the feeling in the RCD Espanyol camp ahead of Matchday 4, talking with the club's media in midweek.
“The good stuff started three weeks ago. The results in these first three matchdays have been very good, but we still have room for improvement. I see hunger in the team, ambition and the desire to win. In the Segunda Division it is not easy to win, because anyone can beat anyone, but we have done things well. We have conceded just the one goal, in Albacete, and we have achieved two clean sheets, which is very important at this level. We are going to continue like this," he explained.
The Albanian player highlighted the growth of the team, as well as “the intensity and hunger. I think this is the most important thing, but not only in the games, also in every training session. We want to continue doing things better than up to now.”
On this weekend's opponents, Amorebieta, he points out that “they will be difficult opponents."
"We will have support from the stands, after playing our last home game behind closed doors. The fans are our 12th man. They push us in every game and they are always with us. This has been seen in both of our away games. There were a lot of people and that fills you with pride -and helps you to take another step forward on the pitch."
