Back to work
The first team will train again on Wednesday at 10:45h at the training centre, in a session behind closed doors
The “blanquiazul” squad returned to training on Tuesday in an evening session that took place at the Dani Jarque training centre. There are no league games this weekend, and the team are preparing to face UD San Sebastián de los Reyes in the second round of the Copa del Rey, in a one-off knockout game.
The side will be looking to use last weekend’s positive result against FC Barcelona as motivation to get the win here before turning their attention back to the league, which has now reached its halfway point. With the second half of the season ahead of them, the team is determined to put together a run of good results and secure survival, despite being currently 4 points from safety.
The team will train again this Wednesday in a new session organized by Abelardo’s coaching team. The session is scheduled to begin at 10:45h at the Dani Jarque Training Centre, and will take place behind closed doors, apart from the first 15 minutes which will used for photography.
