An attractive match
Javi Fuego says that the Real "is a great rival but we can play good football”
Espanyol will face from Monday a demanding week, in which the calendar forces them to play three matches. The first, in Anoeta, "seems very attractive to me", says Javi Fuego. "It's a stadium that I like a lot and against a rival like Real that has a clear philosophy that is proving to be satisfactory. There are enough ingredients to make it an attractive match. We took a long week to prepare well and it will be a tricky match. It is a rival that manages the game situation well. But we have our own weapons and it is a propitious field to do well".
The Asturian midfielder fully relies on the team's ability and points out that "I would not say it's the best time because the team has room for improvement. In football you must have a constant evolution. We have things to improve, but the good thing is that the team is eager to do things well".
He insists that you can’t set goals in the medium term -"I've never done well because that disperses you a little of the main objective. The key is to live the moment. This week we have three very important matches. We must compete well and recover. That's what's going to get you where you want to be."
