Aarón Martín will play for Mainz 05

RCD Espanyol has accepted the offer of the Germanic club, which can reach a value of 12 million euros and save up to 12% of a future sale

RCD Espanyol of Barcelona, Mainz 05 and Aarón Martín have reached an agreement for the player to play in the German entity. The transaction consists of an assignment of three million euros for this 2018-19 academic year. When the young left-back plays 10 official games, Mainz will pay six million more and will be made with the player's sport and economic rights at the end of the season. In addition, the transfer could add three additional  million euros in case of getting various variables while belonging to the discipline of the Germanic club.

It should be added that the RCD Espanyol will own 12% of the amount of a future sale of the rights by Aaron until August 31, 2019. As of September 1 of that same year the white and blue entity will keep on its property 10% of a future transfer.

RCD Espanyol considers the operation satisfactory from all points of view, guaranteeing with high probability to continue profiting it in the future, and always bearing in mind that Aarón Martín wished to continue his professional career in another European team.

RCD Espanyol wants to thank Aarón Martín for every year he has competed for the white and blue colors, his commitment and perseverance, and wishes him the greatest fortune in his new professional and personal stage.
