A derby is a derby
Víctor Sánchez insists that a match at the Camp Nou "is always difficult", but he hopes to "get something positive"
Víctor Sánchez could be one of the new faces of the team that presents Espanyol this weekend. The midfielder, who was injured in the start of the preseason and did not play, has returned to work with the group this week and is very pleased with how everything went. "I think the deadlines have been correct. I do not have any discomfort”.
He insists that "a match at the Camp Nou is always difficult" and recalls that "lately it has cost us much to add or win there. We have the illusion to make a good game and get something positive".
“We always have to be competitive, hard and strong inside the field and quiet outside. We have to be aggressive because they will be aggressive, but it has to stay in that. Make them a difficult match and act, too, with criterion with the ball. What we talk about is not of interest to us. Last year there we were not well and we ended up losing bulky. Instead, in our field, we made them uncomfortable. That's the line to follow".
