Espanyol, forced to win in Levante to pass the round

Bad result for Espanyol in the first leg of the Copa del Rey round of 16. The white and blue team, that took the lead thanks to a Gerard's goal, saw Levante come back thanks to a controversial penalty converted by Morales and another Ivi's goal who took advantage of a defensive error. The team managed by Quique Sánchez Flores offered a good level, had options, but lacked success to achieve a more fair and favourable result.
