A goal by Hermoso allows Espanyol to add a new home win

Espanyol won a new victory after defeating Eibar thanks to a goal from Mario Hermoso. The defender took advantage of a Melendo center to sign the third victory of the season at the RCDE Stadium. Espanyol, that had a spectacular start of the match, knew how to mature in the match and overcome a rival who only threatened in the final moments in search of a possible draw.
