Espanyol has started their preseason with an easy victory against Persija in the friendly played in Jakarta. The white and blue team started very strong and soon created good chances to score. Espanyol kept going in control and Granero, one of the new signings of this summer, scored two more goals and assisted David López, who got the ball in the back of the net after a good header. Before, Jurado completed a good individual action.
The second half started with a lot of changes in both teams. Sergio García, after two seasons, played again for Espanyol. His signing has generated a lot of thrill in the fans. Aarón and Diop completed the score against an opponent that didn’t offer much resistance.
