“We played a good match and we had chances to win”
Naldo said that the team will try to win next Thursday against Levante
Naldo was again in the line up to play the match against Levante. The Brazilian defender said that the team deserved a better result and that had good chances to score. “We didn’t think that the match was going to be as it was. It was a difficult match, we could score more goals because we had good opportunities. We got in front of the scoreboard and they drew after with an unfair penalty. We believed in our options, we had chances to score and we are a bit sad because we did a good match but we didn’t obtain the result we expected”, he said.
“We have 90 minutes to play and if we have opportunities we can score two goals. We must believe and we think that we can pass. However, before we are playing Málaga that is a very important match”, he said.
Naldo said that the results are being unfair with Espanyol. “Yesterday we felt damaged. If they didn’t score the penalty we would been able to score more goals and we wouldn’t been forced to attack so much. If we had been able to leave a clean sheet, it would have change a lot. I think we can win away. We have to be more regular and we will try to do our best”.
