“We are doing well but we want more”
David López expects that the team continues fighting until the end of the season
Espanyol is in a good position when there are ten matches to be played. David López said that he is happy with the performance of Espanyol but he added that he always wants more. “We always want more. There are teams that expected to be in a better position and that are not doing as good as they thought. We are doing a good tournament, we are having a good performance and we will see how we finish in these last ten matches. We have good and bad moments. We are doing well and we have 40 points something that hasn’t happened in many years in this Club. Let’s see how things develop. I am happy but I want more”.
“We must think in the next matches and go step by step. One of our goals is to try to improve the results we achieved in the first round. This team is improving and is more mature and evolving. The squad has improved with players with experience in other leagues and with an experienced coach. There is still room for improvement”.
