“We’re showing strength and continuity”
Vicente Moreno congratulates the squad for their work
RCD Espanyol manager, Vicente Moreno, expressed great satisfaction due to the victory over UD Las Palmas and emphasised “the strength and continuity” of the team in recent matches. “The players have to be congratulated. We worked hard, kept at it and we’re starting very well. We’re also showing strength and continuity from the kick-off, and right through to the final whistle. It might have seemed like it was an easy match because of the result, but it wasn’t easy nor ordinary,” he summarised.
Vicente Moreno assured that “we’ve not made it yet because there is still a lot to play for, but it’s true that there’s a match less now, and we won. We’re a little closer and now we have to concentrate on the next matchday and prepare for the game next week.”
