“Pablo Machín’s time at the club comes to an end

The club has decided to relieve Machín of his duties as first team coach

RCD Espanyol de Barcelona today announces that Pablo Machín has been relieved of his duties as the Men’s First Team coach. The club has taken this decision as a consequence of poor results and with a view to salvaging the “blanquiazul” side’s current situation the league.

The rest of the coaching team; Jordi Guerrero, Jordi Balcells and Carles Martínez have also been relieved of their duties.

RCD Espanyol thanks Pablo Machín and his coaching team for their efforts over the past months and wishes them all the best personally and professionally in the future.”
