“It will be difficult, but we’re looking forward to it”
Capdevila stresses that Real Sociedad is a prestigious club, and moreover will have the home advantage
The Head of Sporting Institutional Relations at RCD Espanyol de Barcelona, Joan Capdevila, signaled that Real Sociedad, the next opponent in the Copa del Rey, is a team “with a lot of history in the First Division” and added that in this round they’ll “have the home advantage”.
“They’re an opponent with a lot of history in the First Division and they’ve also got the home advantage. Right now, we know that it will be difficult, but we’re also a club with a lot of history in this competition and we’ll go there looking to win”, declared Joan Capdevila.
Capdevila also echoed the words of the “blanquiazul” coach Abelardo Fernández, saying “it’s important to take it one day at a time. This Sunday we have a very important game at Villarreal that we’ll try to win, and make the fans happy. Then we’ll think about the Copa del Rey.
