Diego Reyes said that the match against Eibar is very important
Espanyol faces an important match this Saturday against Eibar. The white and blue team will aim for a victory against a rival that is performing very well this season and is fighting with the best teams of the league.
“It is a very important match and we have to face it with our best attitude. We respect our rival a lot, we are aware they are a very difficult and strong rival that is doing a great season very reliable in their own ground. We will have to fight a lot to win. The match in the first round was very important and it gave us confidence. We were able to draw a match that we were losing 0-3 at half time. We hope to achieve important things against Eibar”, he said.
Questioned about his future Diego Reyes said that he would like to continue playing for Espanyol. “They know I am happy here and I like being here as I like the club. Unfortunately the decision is not mine and I belong to a club that made a great effort to sign me and gave me the opportunity to play in Europe. They will make the final decision”.
