He has recovered from his last injury and he is ready to play
Marc Navarro has suffered different injuries since the beginning of the season and hasn’t had the opportunity to play regularly. In the last weeks the defender has recovered from his injury and now he is ready to help the team again.
“I feel much better and I want to work to help the team. Nobody likes to be injured, but once you are injured you try to be fit to be with the group as soon as possible. I have had injuries since the season started but this is very long and I hope to play. I am focus on Espanyol, to grow here and do the things right”, he said.
“Everybody wants to play and be fit. I would have liked to play more, but I am focused on doing things well. There are great players, but I am sure that I can play. We have many players in the squad and every week there are a few that don’t play. All of us try to do our best to have as more minutes as possible”, he said.
Finally, about the team’s situation he said that the results will arrive. “The players are convinced that we have to carry on this way, working hard. Against Valencia we did a good match but sometimes the ball doesn’t want to get in. If we do things well, results will arrive”, he said.
