This Sunday, the Fan Zone returns!
RCDE Fan Zone supports International Day Against Breast Cancer
19th October is the International Day Against Breast Cancer, and RCD Espanyol show their support annually in the intiatives promoted by the Barcelona Association Against Cancer.
For this reason, the RCDE Stadium will be illuminated in pink at the end of Sunday's match against Real Valladolid, and a new pink Club scarf will be available with profits going to the charity.
Whilst Sunday's game kicks off at 6:30pm CEST, activities at the RCDE Fan Zone will begin at 3:30pm CEST three hours before kickoff, inspired by the fight against breast cancer.
Under the slogan ‘El rosa es más que un color’ ('Pink is more than a colour'), the pre-match events will see a tent in the Fan Zone for the charity, and both RCDE Volunteers and volunteers from the ACC will be collecting donations both there and inside the RCDE Stadium.
The game will be attended by guests from Invicancer, Endavant Chic@s and the Association against Metastatic Cancer.
DJ Patri Recoder will be providing music in the Fan Zone, with Xènia Lanau as master of ceremonies. In addition, there will be an art workshop and a photo opportunity with club mascots.
As always, the FCPE tent will be set up, with the Aramark bar selling a special pink doughnut, the profits from which will be donated to the fight against cancer. The DISCAN tent will also be present with the long-awaited BBACTIVITIES inflatables provided for young fans.
Club sponsor MIRÓ will also have a Football & Tech tent, through which they will show how robotics are used in the world of sport. All these activities will be possible thanks to the invaluable collaboration of our RCDE Volunteers.
See you on Sunday at the RCDE Fan Zone!
