RCDE Stadium to host Morocco vs. Chile
The stadium will be the venue for the friendly on September 23rd
The RCDE Stadium will host another international friendly in this month. Following on from the fixture between Peru and New Zealand back in June, the ground will be the venue for a game between Morocco and Chile on September 23rd.
The Royal Moroccan Football Federation, with the collaboration of McSport, chose the RCDE Stadium based on the modernity of its facilities and organisational capacity. It will be one of the African team's final tests before the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.
This will be the second meeting between the two teams, and the first since the match held before the 1998 World Cup in France, which ended in a 1-1 draw.
Tickets are on sale from September 1st, through the www.mcsport.shop website.
The RCDE Stadium is an ideal setting to host top-level international matches. These friendlies are a clear example of the magnificent conditions offered by the stadium, which had previously hosted games such as Catalonia vs. Nigeria, Mexico vs. Chile and Colombia vs. Tunisia.
