RCDE Stadium hosts 'Nostra Catalunya Sense Límits' tournament

The competition for people with Intellectual Disabilities provides enjoyment for all involved

The RCDE Stadium hosted the second edition of the inclusive football tournament 'Nostra Catalunya Sense Límits', a competition co-organised with the Catalan Sports Federation for people with Intellectual Disabilities (Acell), which integrates teams currently participating in LaLiga Genuine.

Two triangular games were played between RCDE Special, Reus, Europa, Girona and Getafe. The protagonists in this festival of inclusive sports were able to enjoy a morning full of football and camaraderie, accompanied by family members, fans and institutional representatives.

Mao Ye, CEO of RCD Espanyol, Marina Gómez, President of the ACELL Federation and Clemente Villaverde, President of the LaLiga Foundation, attended the event, in which the RCDE Special were proclaimed champions of the second edition of Nostra Catalunya Sense Límits.

This tournament is part of the club's project, 'La Superliga Solidaria' and we want to thank the Volunteers, the FCPE, the institutions, the fans, the collaborating companies and everyone who made it possible for so many footballers to participate in such an enjoyable event.
