RCDE Academy Yunnan, second academy in China
The club already has eleven training centers around the world
RCD Espanyol de Barcelona will open the second academy in China. After the recent agreement in Hunan, the club will also initiate a training project in the southwest of the country. The province of Yunnan will host this eleventh white and blue training center.
This Friday, into the RCDE Stadium, Roger Guasch, CEO, and Weimei Ye Zhan, responsible for the RCDE Academy Yunnan and the RCDE Academy HLK, have signed an agreement for the next five years, which will begin to work at from September.
In this way, as a strategic decision, the club will be positioned in two important points of the Chinese geography, thus expanding the brand in the Asian territory. The institution continues in its firmness to expand the recognized know-how of the yout football by all the points of the globe.
RCD Espanyol already has academies in Ajman, Baghdad, Algiers, Blida, Barcelona, Saitama, Los Angeles, Miami, New Jersey, Hunan and Yunnan.
