RCDE Academy Baghdad's opening

Eloy Pérez, director of the Schools and Academies of RCD Espanyol de Barcelona, has attended at the official opeming of the RCDE Academy Baghdad, located in Iraq. Espanyol is the first top club to create a training center in this Middle East country.

The ceremony consisted of a reception with the club's partner, a meeting with Juan José Escobar, Spain's ambassador, a typical and traditional lunch,, a tour into the facilities of the RCDE Academy Baghdad and, finally, the presence in the match between Al-Shorta and Al-Jawyea.

In this way, the club strengthens its links with the training centers to promote the RCDE brand around the world.
