Miguelón, new Espanyol player
The defender is on loan from Villarreal for one season, with a purchase option
The player Miguel Llambrich, or 'Miguelón' (Benidorm, 18-01-1996), has become RCD Espanyol's second signing with a view to the 2020-2021 campaign, after the agreement reached between Villarreal CF, the blue and white club, and the player himself. Miguelón is on loan for one season, with the option to purchase from the Castellon club.
The new Espanyol player made his debut in the First Division, strangely enough, in a match against RCD Espanyol at the RCDE Stadium on October 7, 2018. In his first season in the Castellon first team, he also had the opportunity to play in the Europa League. Last season he played on loan at SD Huesca, where he played regularly in the team. He played 26 games and scored two goals.
The new parakeet player, who has passed the relevant medical examination at Corachan Clinic, will travel to Marbella next Friday with the rest of the team after complying with the health protocol imposed by LaLiga. Upon his return, he will be officially presented as a new blue and white player.
Welcome, # MiguelónPerico!
