José Gragera signs for RCD Espanyol
The midfielder joins the club on a five-year deal
José Gragera has joined RCD Espanyol from Real Sporting de Gijón.
The two clubs have reached an agreement for the midfielder, who will sign a five-year deal that runs until 30th June 2028, having passed his medical with Espanyol.
Gragera rose through the ranks at Sporting Gijón, spending the majority of his youth career there before making his first team debut in 2019. The 22-year-old has also represented Spain at international youth level, currently playing for the Under-21 national team.
He is the fourth signing of the winter transfer window, joining César Montes, Ronaël Pierre-Gabriel and Denis Suárez, who also signed on deadline day. Gragera will be presented this Wednesday, 1st February at 1:30pm CET at the RCDE Stadium.
