First opportunity
Álex López says, after his official debut, that "I will continue to work so that more chances arrive"
Álex López lived a bitter official debut with Espanyol. He was one of the standouts in Cádiz, of the six youth players with whom the team finished, but he left the Ramón de Carranza, in the first leg of the Copa del Rey, with the feeling that he had missed an opportunity for the occasion. However, it is clear that the secret is to keep working and that "we will try to turn that result around in our field".
The young blue and white player says that "I tried to take advantage of my opportunity" in his debut and that "the tie is open". "We went out to win. That's the idea we have in each field, but now we have to turn it around at home", he said.
He knows he has to have a "calm head" and that he has to continue "taking advantage of training and working for when more chances come" to return to the starting line-up.
He said that, in the summer, when the idea that he could be transferred to Nàstic spread, he always maintained "the illusion of being able to debut with the first team. I have already done it and now I will try to take advantage of new opportunities".
